Because changes have always been part of my life, and so it’s been in my professional career.
I’m kind of a cocktail of copywriter and front-end developer, with hints of digital marketer and essence of UX and service designer.
And is precisely this essence that aligns with me the most, because I truly believe that people should be the main inspiration, the focus, the reason and the goal of whatever products or services we create. Profits will come as a result of doing the right research and then honestly respond to their needs, expectations and dreams.

DESIGN THINKING
It was a “Design Thinking Action Lab” NovoEd online course I did while living in Berlin, and came up with ideas based on the hypothesis that school doesn’t offer the students enough tools and guidance, in order to find the professional path that truly aligns with them in terms of skills, talents and personality.

A NovoEd course drove me to join other 6 students in Madrid to do a research and find the solution to a problem:

USABILITY & UX
As final project of a Master course in Usability & User Experience, we were a team of four colleagues who worked on designing an app which would help therapists, coaches and psychologists build their patient’s family trees.
SERVICE DESIGN JAM
This idea came up in Madrid when being part of a 2-day Planet Global Service Jam. We were a team of 6 people who met at the event and the fun started while brainstorming our ideas!
